Gestalt Therapy (In Person – £35 per session)

I offer Gestalt therapy at a reduced rate of £35 per session as part of my ongoing training on a UKCP-accredited programme. Sessions take place in person in Bristol (BS1).
Longer-term therapy is available, though there's no expectation to commit beyond an initial period — we can explore together what feels right for you.

CBT Therapy (Online £75 / In Person £85)

As a fully accredited CBT therapist, I offer structured support for a range of challenges, including:

  • Depression

  • Generalised anxiety

  • Social anxiety

  • Panic

  • OCD

  • Health anxiety

  • Specific phobias (including emetophobia)

  • Insomnia

  • PTSD

  • Bereavement and adjustment to life events

CBT is typically short- to medium-term, with a minimum of 6–12 sessions, and most people complete therapy within 18–20 sessions.

Psychoeducational Sessions: Communication in Relationships

If you're looking to improve how you communicate and express yourself in relationships (not couples therapy), I also offer a 6-session psychoeducational package. These sessions draw on my background in CBT and communication psychology and are designed to support authenticity, assertiveness, and clarity.

  • £80 per session

  • Or £420 for a full 6-session package (to be paid in advance of commencing sessions)

Insomnia Support Sessions

If you're struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling rested, I offer psychoeducational sessions drawing on CBT, tailored to your needs. These are not therapy sessions, but structured, practical support.

  • 1 session: £80
    A comprehensive session covering sleep science, CBT-based strategies, and a personalised sleep plan

  • 2-session package: £150
    Includes follow-up review, troubleshooting, and refinement of your plan
