Who I Work With
You might not have a name for what you're going through — just a sense that something isn’t sitting right. Maybe you're feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You might be struggling to express yourself, unsure how to set boundaries, or finding it hard to speak up in relationships. Perhaps a recent loss, diagnosis, or life transition has shaken your sense of stability. Or maybe anxiety has been quietly shaping your choices for a long time.
You don’t need a clear label to seek support.
I work with people navigating a wide range of experiences, including:
• A desire for greater authenticity and self-expression
• Difficulties in communication and relationships
• Low confidence, people-pleasing, or assertiveness struggles
• Grief, loss, or adjustment to illness or change (including oncology-related experiences)
• Anxiety, panic, or difficulties with sleep
• A sense of being “too much” — or not enough
Whether you want to explore your inner world more deeply, or focus on specific goals, we can find a pace and approach that fits.
Some people come wanting a gentle, open-ended space to explore emotions and patterns — for example through Gestalt therapy, a relational form of psychotherapy that supports deeper awareness and self-expression. I currently offer this in-person in Bristol at a reduced rate of £35 while I complete my training.
Others may feel more drawn to a structured path — using CBT to work with particular problems like:
• General anxiety, panic, or health anxiety
• OCD or intrusive thoughts
• Social anxiety or specific phobias (including emetophobia)
• Insomnia or trauma-related difficulties
• Depression or low motivation
• Bereavement and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
CBT sessions are typically held online (with occasional in-person options) and often last between 6 and 18 sessions, depending on your needs.
