I’m Elisabeth — a Gestalt psychotherapy trainee and fully accredited CBT therapist based in the Bristol area. My work is rooted in presence, self-compassion, and the belief that healing often begins with reconnecting to your own voice.
Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, navigating a major life transition, or longing to express yourself more fully in your relationships — therapy can offer a place to slow down and meet yourself more honestly.
I currently offer in-person Gestalt therapy sessions in Bristol at a reduced rate as part of my training. These sessions are ideal for people looking to explore themselves more deeply in a relational and supportive space.
I work especially well with people exploring:
